WHAT OUR RATES AND POLICIES WERE
REGULAR RATES: (includes all taxes and surcharges) $85 per hour
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates are competitive and negotiable.
- Short-term leases and contracts are available.
- Special arts-related rates.
- Rental amenities include:
- Chairs, tables, whiteboard,
- Rolling wall, partition, a piano,
- Outdoor greenway, free parking, free Wi-Fi.
- Anything you need in terms of provisions, accommodations and/or services, we can generally make happen.
- All rentals are subject to a $150-500 refundable security deposit.
- Rates are negotiable and subject to change.
