The End Is Over  

• Initial consultation on process planning for your event, what your perfect scenario concept is, what to ask, what to expect, what to spend, what is your concept, what your limitations are, what your options are, etc.
• Customized entertainment ideas and resources — originals show written for your occasion, bands, dj’s, children’s events performers, workshop leaders, decorators, etc.
• Fund raising event ideas and fulfillment
• Unusual and/or little known venues that work within your theme and budget
• Suggestions on how to do an upscale event on the cheap
• Research places, caterers, equipment, other event planners (i.e. specialized, wedding planners) event insurance and refer accordingly.
• Booking the space, catering services, event rentals, performers; negotiating rates, overseeing contracts, etc.
• Provide publicity advice and services.
• Find and negotiate housing for out of town guests.
